Levering
<\/strong>Wij verzenden wereldwijd. Uw pakket wordt verzonden door PostNL en is aangetekend, wat betekent: handtekening bij ontvangst, track en trace en verzekerd tot een bedrag van \u20ac 500,–. Wij sturen u een bevestiging per e-mail met tracking informatie. Onze producten worden ter bescherming en hygi\u00ebne verzegeld en zorgvuldig verpakt. Binnen de Europese Unie (EU) ontvangt u uw pakket binnen 2-5 werkdagen ,nadat wij uw bestelling hebben geaccepteerd. De vermelde leveringsdata zijn slechts schattingen. Buiten de EU verzenden wij de goederen zodra wij uw betaling hebben ontvangen.<\/p>\n

Buiten de EU kunnen wij de bezorgdatum niet van tevoren zeggen, omdat wij afhankelijk zijn van lokale postdiensten en koeriersbedrijven. De verzendkosten worden vermeld in het online bestelproces.<\/p>\n

Retourneren
<\/strong>Producten kunnen worden geretourneerd in originele staat en origineel verzegeld, met een verzendbewijs.\u00a0Je moet de producten binnen 14 dagen nadat je ons hebt verteld dat je het product wilt ruilen, opsturen.<\/p>\n

Producten kunnen door u worden geretourneerd met elk veilig middel, waaronder mogelijk uw lokale postdienst of koeriersbedrijf zoals bijvoorbeeld DHL, UPS enz.).<\/p>\n

Kosten van retourzending zijn voor uw rekening.\u00a0Voor retourzendingen: breng uw verzegelde doos of tas naar een postkantoor of koeriersbedrijf en stuur deze naar het volgende adres, met behoud van het verzendbewijs:<\/p>\n

De oorspronkelijke (bank-)kaarthouder die de Producten heeft gekocht, wordt gecrediteerd voor de terugbetaling. Wij zullen alle aan u verschuldigde terugbetalingen uitvoeren binnen 14 dagen vanaf de dag waarop wij het Product van u in oorspronkelijke onbeschadigde staat hebben teruggekregen.<\/p>\n
