COLLECTION: SUNSHINE

This cushion is made of fabric 'ASHOKA' from the house Braquenié. It is a linen cushion with part of a tree of life embroidered on it. This tree of life depicts a lost paradise rich in flowers and extraordinary leaves. The (hand-embroidered) stitches, together with the tonal colors, provide a unique style. This fabric was recreated on the occasion of the 200th anniversary of Braquenié (1823-2023). We made this cushion from a leftover piece of fabric from an upholstery workshop in Paris.

Arty is gemaakt prachtige linnen stof die speciaal voor Pierre Frey ontworpen is door kunstenares Iris Apfel. Zij heeft een galerie in het 11e in Paris. Tussen Pierre Frey en Iris was het een ‘coup de foudre’ – liefde op het eerste gezicht! Deze stof is een signature stof van La Maison Pierre Frey, Paris.
